Are Helical Piers Only Ideal for Residential Projects?

Residential and lightweight duty applications use more helical piers than some other use. But that does not mean they can not serve in industrial or commercial capacities. This is a little known undeniable fact that there are certain helical piers created specifically for much heavier loading. Typically, helicals use welded pipe, thinner helical plates, and smaller diameters. But increasing these designs can dramatically increase capacity and connect with more industrial situations.
